Please note, our lead times can vary based on the item.  This is because our technicians are assembling or fabricating your product in Texas, USA.  Thank you for understanding.  

International Orders:

It is impossible for us to keep up with every country’s specific import laws. Therefore we are not responsible for taxes, duties or customs fees. All import fees and documentation must be handled between you and your country’s government.

Shipping time is currently 1-2 weeks after your order is place.

Solar Generators: There will be three shipments:

Due to weight, we ship the main unit, solar panel & battery separately to prevent damage. 

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

International small items typically ship USPS priority. Larger items may ship DHL or Fedex/UPS international. These services may include some duties/customs fees.

All international shipments include insurance. If the product doesn’t arrive, we will file a claim and as soon as we receive compensation, we will re-send the product. Please note, insurance claims may take up to 4 months.
